Proper installation on the HVAC system or maintains of the system is probably your culprit. Check the positioning of vent registers in the room in question. They should be located opposite the entry door and near a window. This is a good rule of thumb. You should check air flow at the register. You should have the same amount of air flow at the register in the room in questions as in a room that is not in question. If you have not found your problem by now. There are a few odd things to check. Are the windows in the room closed? Are the Windows Low-E? Are there any unusual drafts in the room? At this point we suggest that you contact a professional to evaluate the problem.
